so I I will give you another checklist but I just want to elaborate on that fiduciary advisor because you have to be careful out there because there's a big problem in our industry Corey is that anybody that has a license today can technically call thems an adviser so it doesn't mean though that we are all operating under the same rules and regulations and so a simple question to ask when you're interviewing advisers is are you in fiduciary with my assets all the time right because th this is what's confusing there's a lot of advisers out there that are fiduciaries Corey but they also sell commissioned products and so I'm not saying commissioned products are bad either I'm just saying if you're going to trust somebody with your 30-year plus career nest egg and you're going to buy a commission product you better be very clear of what you're getting yourself into because they don't have the same best interest standard that applies when they're acting as a fuer so again engage with an adviser and one other point on that adviser Cory because I think it's very important is again this is in my opinion I would want to work with somebody that works with people in your situation so for example Corey you and I are both chartered retirement planning counselors so we literally have educated ourselves on the Nuance of retirement and we literally work with hundreds of individuals that are at or near retirement I mean that is the foundation of what Falcon wealth advisers was established and that's what it continues to be to this day day so when somebody comes in Corey and they're two years out from retirement I I already know I already know what's coming ahead for them because I've done it so many times I've had so many so valuable yes yes is blind spots we don't know that we when we have blind spots we don't even know they're there and a good adviser that's worked with people to help them retire knows the things to look out for that the individual might not
